At Asansol Girls’ College, institutional governance and leadership are deeply rooted in our
vision and mission, and this alignment is reflected across various institutional practices.
These include the effective implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP),
continuous institutional growth, decentralized governance,
and active participation at all levels in formulating and executing both
short-term and long-term Perspective Plans.
